Who we are

This website is operated by Finest Auto Detailing & Sales LLC (“we,” “us”), an automotive detailing and vehicle sales business at 1510 N Main Ave Rear, Scranton, PA 18508. This policy covers this website and the information you share with us through it, by phone, or in person in connection with a website inquiry.

Information we collect

Information you enter in the quote request form

The appointment request form asks for your name, phone number, optional email address, whether you have visited before, vehicle year, make and model, the service, a drop-off date and time, and optional notes. Requests are stored privately on our server and confirmed appointments are added to the owner’s private Google Calendar; if you give an email, Google may send you a calendar invitation.

At this time the form is a preview only. It is not connected to any server, email service, or database. What you type stays in your browser while the page is open; it is not sent to us or stored by us. If you choose “Save request summary,” a text file is created on your own device. Information only reaches us if you choose to share it, for example by calling us.

Title and tag assistance inquiries

The title and tag inquiry form collects your name, phone number, email, service needed, and optional general details. Unlike the detailing preview, submitting this form sends your inquiry to us and saves it privately in Lovable Cloud for review and follow-up. No appointment or official transaction is confirmed. We do not request identification numbers or document uploads.

Vehicle-selling inquiries

Our vehicle-selling form collects your name, phone, email, vehicle year, make, model, optional mileage, and general details. Your inquiry is saved privately in Lovable Cloud for review and follow-up. No purchase or offer is guaranteed. We keep it only as reasonably needed to respond, track the inquiry, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations; no automatic deletion schedule is configured.

Information you share when you contact us

If you call or visit, we may receive your name, phone number, vehicle details and anything else you choose to tell us so we can respond.

Technical information

Private owner calendar access

Owner sign-in uses Lovable Cloud authentication and essential browser session storage. When the owner authorizes Google Calendar, encrypted connection credentials and the selected calendar are stored privately on the server. Google and Lovable process authorization requests. Disconnecting revokes the calendar connection and removes its stored credentials; existing Google events and the sign-in account are not deleted.

Like most websites, when your browser loads this site, the hosting provider and the providers of content the page loads (see below) automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not use this to identify you.

We do not ask for, and you should not enter, payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information on this website.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and prepare quotes or appointments you request.
• To provide detailing services, discuss vehicles you are interested in, and respond to title and tag assistance inquiries.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not currently send marketing emails or text messages through this website.

Cookies & tracking

Our website stores your language preference in your browser so it can remember English or Spanish. It does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. We do not show a cookie consent banner for this language preference.

The website platform and hosting provider may record basic technical and error information needed to run and secure the site. If we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Service providers & external links

We rely on service providers to run this website. They receive the technical information described above when your browser loads content from them:

• Lovable Cloud — stores title and tag inquiries for private management by authorized project administrators; no public inquiry list is available.
• Website platform and hosting — builds, hosts and delivers the site and its images, and may capture technical error reports.

The typefaces used on the site are served from our own website, not from a third-party font service.

The site also links to outside services, including Google Maps (for directions), Google reviews, and your phone app (for calls). These open only when you choose to follow them, and their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Retention

The detailing quote preview does not send or store submissions. Title and tag inquiries are stored to respond, track follow-up, and resolve the request; there is no automatic deletion schedule configured. We review retention based on whether a request is still active, recordkeeping needs, and legal obligations. Information you share with us directly is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations, and is then deleted or de-identified. Technical logs held by our providers are kept according to their own retention practices.

Security

The site is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and we take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. No website, transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & requests

You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy, using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be kept where the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will honor them as required.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change, for example if additional forms or services are connected. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
